How would these compare to something like the Klipsch Promedia 2.1 THX system?
Asked by: Allen
The Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 Speaker System includes a powerful 6.5" subwoofer with a pair of front firing satellite speakers with 3" woofers and together they offer a wide frequency response range of 35 Hz to 22 kHz. The Klipsch system has a 1/8" (3.5mm) input. The Kanto Living YU2 Powered Desktop Speakers have 3" woofers with a bass reflex port in the back to accentuate the low end frequencies and the system has a frequency response range of 80 Hz to 20 kHz. The Kanto system also has both a 1/8" (3.5mm) input and a USB input for a fully digital audio connection to a computer. A dedicated subwoofer connection allows you to add a powered subwoofer (available separately) if desired. Both systems include a headphone jack. The Klipsch system also has a removable control pod to adjust the speaker and subwoofer volume levels, and there is an aux input to connect a smartphone, tablet, or media player directly to the system.

question

I would like to connect these speakers to an older Bose Acoustic Wave music system model cd3000 which has RCA connections for powered speakers. If I purchase a y cable (male RCA to male 3.5mm) for each speaker, will I be able to connect them directly to the radio?
Asked by: Lynnea
Lynnea,I believe we spoke via support already but all you would need is a standard dual male RCA to stereo 3.5mm cable. Feel free to contact us directly using the support button on our website if you have any additional questions, thanks.
