    Sony ICDUX560 reviews

ICD-UX560 Digital Voice Recorder with Built-In USB is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenomenal Audio Quality So far I have only used the internal microphones with my 3 year old singing rudolph christmas songs and WOW! The audio quality is superb in MP3 192Kbs. I assume LPCM is even better. As an amature photographer / videographer enthusiast this product got me pretty excited about audio. The small form factor / internal storage and ease of use is great. Having an IC recorder changes my thoughts about audio now and how important good quality audio is. I plan on just carrying this thing everywhere I go and rolling at a minimum with the internal mic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact Dynamo Pound-for-pound, this is the best value on the market. Not only will it fit unnoticeable in my hand, I can record in LPCM @48mHz. The recording quality is up there with the far more expensive Olympus models that deliver no better sound quality. My best investment in years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recorder Rocks the Casbah! I had to record interviews in the midst of a crowd (so lots of noise) and when I plugged my headphones in to review--the person I was focused on was surprisingly clear. Attempting to listen to the playback without headphones is misleading because you can really only hear the noise so that is a potential drawback if you need to review audio on the spot w/o headphones. I love that you can rewind the recording while it is playing and it provides snippets of audio (not in reverse sound either) so you know where you are. The recorder is easy to use. The only thing I saw as a drawback (and I'm sure this can be changed in settings just haven't looked) was that the screen wouldn't stay illuminated letting me know it is still recording and how long I've been recording. I like to be able to look down and see how long I've been recording. Personal preference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best digital voice recorders The product is excellent and very light to handle. Buttons and menu are simple. Voice and music recordings are clear with low noise. Actually, the recordings are so clear, when I use the device with a headphone. However, I am disappointed with DHL express shipping because they kept the parcel at the heathrow airport for 7 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Nice! This is nicer than the roughly equivalent Olympus devices I have owned. Very compact and light. Sound quality is very good, as is the embedded stereo mic. Good professional feel.
