Easy to follow Instructions, super easy to install, and fast shipping from B&H!! The only downfall is it did not come with a power main. We deployed this to correct a situation with part of our commercial fire alarm system. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing to interface between elements of an access control system, fire alarm control panel, as well as other situations where a low voltage unit is needed.
