This 20-Pack of 1" x 55 yd-long roll of Chroma Green, Gaffer Tape from Savage is a staple of any movie set or studio, and although called an expendable, it's an absolute essential. The tape has a cloth backing and polyethylene coating that's heat-resistant to 175° Fahrenheit for up to three hours. The combination of blended resin and natural rubber compound allows for strong adherence with no residue upon removal. Among its many uses is safely taping down cable on the floor, securing seamless paper rolls, and creating foam core constructions or any kind of temporary mounting in graphic arts.

Savage Gaffer Tape Reviews
My Precious
Why Savage? Not the most expensive. Not the thinnest. Tears without string carnage. Sticks just the right amount. Easily removed, for days to months!
good quality tape
This looks like it will last for years.
Green Machine
Love the obvious 'don't hit my light stand' color. With this color and the orange gaff tape I'm good to go.
Good tape
Not much to say. It works and is green
it works
Good choice. But a less saturated green color from most green screens.
Not great.
Not as good of a product as cloth gaff tape. This tape seems to have a stronger adhesive that can make it more annoying to use and reuse.
A gaffer's tape only purpose is to stick, this one doesn't!
This tape doesn't stick well, there's not much more I could say, I thought I'd stick, look for an alternative.
Weak adhesive makes it barely usable.
The adhesive is too weak, unfortunately. I don't expect it to stick like duct tape, but it can barely stick to itself. It's weaker than other gaffer tapes I've used. I hoped to use it to wrap rig arms in a greenscreen setup, but since it won't adhere well to itself it's difficult to wrap tidily. At least the color is good.
