This lightweight and compact kit can be used for quick lighting setups or scenes that need one or two extra LED fill lights.
This LitePad HO90 Daylight-Balanced LED Softlight from Rosco is a versatile 3" Circle light system. The HO refers to high output, as this is noticeably brighter than the original LitePad, and 90 refers to the 90+ CRI rating. The HO90 features a color temperature of 5300K, and it has a soft glow without the multiple shadows common when using LED array lights. The unit stays cool to the touch, with only the edge becoming slightly warm.
The fixture is less than 0.4" thick and is built using an edge-lit piece of acrylic. The LEDs arranged around the edge illuminate channels that diffuse the light to produce soft light that is easy on your talent's eyes and is suitable for key or fill based on the size of your LitePad. You can adjust the brightness using optional dimmers. The power connector is incorporated and not hard wired as with the original.

The interior is a dual layer of foam that is can be pick 'n plucked to accommodate each specific item. On the inside of the top cover, you'll find spaces for three (3) light stands that are held in place with touch fasteners. The case is supplied with two rugged wheels and a telescopic handle for easy navigation through parking lots, airports and hallways. Durable push button throw latches protect the case from accidental opening and an over-sized, foldable handle will provide a firm grip. In addition, you'll find a pressure valve on the exterior front for automatic pressure equalization that will compensate for any changes in atmospheric pressure when flying.
This case is NATO codified and tested to MIL C-4150J (Military Standard), IP-67 (Ingress Protection) and ATA (Air Transportation Association).
