I used this product for three days until the gooseneck part broke. This use did not include any extreme positions or forces. I was able to bend the bending neck part only for about 10 times until it broke. The retailer is also reluctant to offer any compensation or replacement. Otherwise I was satisfied with the functionalities of this product. It was good for watching tablet and the gooseneck gave it nice modifiability as long as it did not break.
Just got my Gooseneck Tablet Holder. Like it alot. Is there a Adapter for Phones, so could switch out Tablet and Phone on the same Gooseneck?
