Always on my keychain

I've used this thing so many times I buy them for my friends who are also constantly looking for coins or bringing along a screwdriver for their camera tripods.

Does what it's supposed to do

I like having a dedicated key. If you don't lose it I keep mine latched on to my sling I keep my lenses in. Now the only thing I can complain about would be that they could have finished the key a little better. By finished I mean filing and sanding the edges better. But overall not bad if you don't lose it

I barely notice this is on my keychain so it's easy to take everywhere!

Very sharp edges on bottom

Compared to other keys, this has very sharp edges on the bottom (the part that screws in). Whoever is stamping these out needs to retool because people are going to cut themselves on these.

Must have for anyone using 1/4-20 screen threads

This is pure genius. No more hunting for a coin to mount and dismount tripod plates. No more Chewing-up mounting screws. I keep it on my key ring and use it several times a day as I have several camcorders and just one very expensive mounting plate.

Must have for keychain!

I'm always in need of a screwdriver, coin, or anything to mount my camera onto a tripod plate. This is a perfect addition to my keychain! I like the fact it's just as small as a regular key!

Fun Camera Tool

Yes- a coin could do the same thing when installing and removing quick release plates to your camera and lenses...but...this is so much more fun! I looped it through a Think Tank Photo Red Whip Bungie so I can easily attach it to my monopod, tripod, camera bag/backpack or camera strap. Easy to hold and get that extra tiny twist when tightening plates.
