Ordered this along side a 3/8in to 1/4in brass adapter for my monopod. The blade end of the tool didn't fit the slot on the brass adapter so I ended up not needing it. I decided to keep it in case I can use it elsewhere in my photography kit.

Maybe don't go through an airport in India with it. Security folk there confiscated my 4 mm 2 inch long hex key from my camera bag claiming it was a weapon.
