The Universal Camera-Slider Brace Support with Super Clamp from ALZO adds stability when using your camera slider on a tripod. Clamp one end of this aluminum support onto the tripod's leg and screw the other into the end of the slider. The resulting rigid triangle supports and stabilizes the slider. An ALZO Super Clamp (fitting tripod legs of 1/2" to 2" diameter) is included with the support. The Universal Camera-Slider Brace Support also prevents any potential dipping as the camera travels to the end of the slider.

ALZO 1962 Overview

The Universal Camera-Slider Brace Support with Super Clamp from ALZO adds stability when using your camera slider on a tripod. Clamp one end of this aluminum support onto the tripod's leg and screw the other into the end of the slider. The resulting rigid triangle supports and stabilizes the slider. An ALZO Super Clamp (fitting tripod legs of 1/2" to 2" diameter) is included with the support. The Universal Camera-Slider Brace Support also prevents any potential dipping as the camera travels to the end of the slider.

A mini ball-mount at each end of the brace provides flexibility when adjusting the slider height and also allows for some panning of the slider. The top mini ball-mount features an industry-standard 1/4"-20 screw to connect to the slider.

I purchased this item over a year ago to reinforce my 48 inch slider. �When producing video for real estate and other gigs, it is important for fast change over from the DJI Ronin, to Jib, to Glidecam and Slider. �With ARCA acceptance clamps on each rig this is all possible. ��I like to repurpose my old useless equipment if possible. �Using an old Bogen tripod, I am able to eliminate the shake and dip as the 7 lb camera nears the end of the slide track. �It is far more easier to move a tripod and glider than it is to move the glide bar attached to 2 tripods. �I am going to purchase a second one for even more stability. �Seeing previous complaints of falling apart... �No issues with me. �Well built and holding firm with weekly use over the past year. �I keep it in the van collapsed with the Bogen plate, place it on the tripod, and clamp the support bar to one of the legs and I am good to go in a minute.

PURE GARBAGE!

I bought the first one and it broke because they use cheap glue and plastic pieces, but I figured I'd try again (since there's really nothing else on the market) and WOW, no matter how much you baby this brace, it still breaks. Pure junk.
