Works well in focusing the soft light coming out of the Parabox with the diffuser. Shadows look more defined with the focused light. When setting the diffuser inside the softbox, leave a little room on the outside edge for the grid connection.

The Interfit F5 softbox is 20 x 28" . BUT there is NO lip to attach the grid to the softbox.
