I own the UX180 and among it's flaws I would definitely put into account the price of a secondary battery. a Price tag of ~230$ with no real good compatible alternatives. I suspect that Panasonic knows that, hence the rip off.
Identical to the battery that came with the camera. Works perfectly on the Panasonic dual charger. It is very expensive for a small battery, but after experiencing other cheap 3rd-party batteries, it's worth it.
