This is a professional, studio- quality headphone amplifier that is compatible with low and high impedance headphones, and will have the power to handle 250 Ohm headphones.

question

Will the input B on the back accepts quarter inch input? I see a XLR and a quarter inch jack there.
Asked by: Mo N.
Channel B has XLR connectors. The 1/4 inch connectors are for channel A and the link outputs.

question

Any idea how much amplification is added to the signal?
Asked by: Ty
The unit has more than enough power to drive any ear devices (head phones, ear buds, etc. even powered speakers) The ohms of the hearing device determines how much output wattage available. A 8 or 16 ohm load could have higher volume than a 32 ohm headphone. note a 32 ohm earbud is not the same as a 32 ohm headphone, the drivers are different sizes and have different efficiency ratings. Two different headphones will usually have different levels at the same settings. The AKG has more than enough power. answer is, enough.
