RadioPopper has put together this Nano Studio Kit with 1 Receiver to give photographers the benefit of wireless triggering of Nano, JrX, and Jr2 receivers with their Sekonic meter. The kit comes with 1 Sekonic meter module and 1 Jr2 Receiver.
The Sekonic Module allows you to give your Sekonic light meter the power to wirelessly trigger Nano, JrX and Jr2 receivers in the studio or on location at distances up to 200' away. The module works on the frequency of 902-928 MHz on the ISM band and is compatible with all versions of the L-758, as well as the L-358 and C-500R meters.
The RadioPopper Jr2 Receiver for Canon is a 16-channel, 4-group radio receiver that operates on the 902-928 MHz ISM band and is capable of adjusting the output of the flash using an optional Jr2 Transmitter. Triggering and control range with both methods is from 300-1750' depending on conditions and environment.
The Jr2 receiver's simplified, intuitive backlit display works on an easy 2-button-Menu/Select principle that indicates power level, local or remote control, and remaining battery power. The receiver gets 8-10 hours of run time on 2 AAA batteries and weighs 1.9 oz. A 3.5mm sync cable, phono plug adapter, and 2.5mm adapter are included.
