Solid locking mechanism for scope or other

I have an Arca-Swiss clamp for my spotting scope so I can use the scope on any of my tripods and not need an additional one when engaged in wildlife photography. The special locking mechism of the Hawke table top tripod allows for firmly locking the Arca-Swiss clamp in place and having no issues with the heavy scope pivoting on the tripod. This is not provided with the other table top tripods that are designed for use with lightweight cameras.

I bought it for my boyfriend to use with his Hawke Spotting Scope at the range, but he will definitely use it with his camera also!
