If it Works with the Sennheiser Mkh-416 it should work with the Deity S-Mic 2, I've used the 416 and I own the S-Mic 2 and they are almost exactly the same size and diameter

Can this be used with Audio Technics AT8015 shotgun microphone?
The Rycote Super-Softie Kit 416 Windshield and Universal Shotgun Mount Kit is intended for microphones with a diameter of 19mm. The Audio-Technica AT8015 has a diameter of 21mm, so it would not be a good fit.

What's the difference between this and the Rycote Baseball? Does this offer better wind attenuation to warrant the price difference? Or is one intended more for indoor/outdoor use?

The included softie windjammer has too small an inside for the MKH60. You would want this windjammer and shock mount instead, RYINVONCAMSM and BH #RYSS18L.
