With a variable-color-temperature output comparable to a Junior LED or 575W HMI, the Mole Richardson 400W Vari-Studio Junior LED Fresnel features a 10" borosilicate glass Fresnel lens and a hybrid passive/fan-forced air cooling design to handle any heat from the LEDs. With a CRI rating of 93 daylight and 95 tungsten, the light can be dimmed from 100% brightness down to 0% without flicker and with only minimal color shift.
The fixture allows local (manual) and DMX512 dimming. Manual focusing adjustment is accomplished via the front/rear mounted focusing knob, which provides adjustment from 10 to 55°. The aluminum and steel chassis is powder coated to add corrosion resistance, and the fixture is built to withstand the daily production grind.

The fixture is similar to other Mole Richardson 10" Fresnel-lens light fixtures.
Local dimming control allows you to adjust the brightness of the fixture from the fixture itself, without introducing flicker at standard frame rates. Remote dimming is via DMX 512 protocol (DMX control panel not included).
Local and remote DMX control enables adjusting the color temperature from 2700 to 5600K.
Although the fixture does not include barndoors or other accessories, it is capable of using accessories designed for a Mole Richardson Studio Junior LED or 2000W Solarspot.
