Mine has a loud transformer hum and noticeable ...

Mine has a loud transformer hum and noticeable vibration even on AC and with the battery fully charged. (NOT fan noise.) With a steady load, the problem goes away after several hours, but at the slightest change in load (e.g. a HD spinning up) I can hear a relay click and the hum/vibration are back. It also under-reports line voltage by 5 - 6V. Is this normal?

does this make any noise? fan noise? I'm think about mounting this in my sound studio.
Asked by: Kevin
Bit late to the party, but in the hopes this may help someone: Yes, it makes noise. There is a constant hum, not just when on battery power, and noticeable vibration, kind of like touching a speaker. I would not recommend this for a quiet location.
