CyberPower CP900 Overview

The AVR Series CP900AVR UPS from CyberPower safeguards PCs and other electronics from blackouts, brownouts, surges, spikes, sags, and other power abnormalities. Its AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) boost/buck technology delivers a consistent and clean AC power, protecting connected equipment and preventing costly business interruptions. Its composite integrated circuitry offers advanced lightning protection. This UPS system is ENERGY STAR qualified with GreenPower UPS Bypass circuitry to save on energy costs by reducing energy consumption and heat buildup.

Worked great during a recent outage

Got this set up and only a couple days later experienced a power outage. Was really glad to be able to send off a couple emails and safely shut down the computer thanks to the UPS.

No Worry About Power Surges or Outages

It took about 3 minutes to connect the UPS to the computer, monitor, router, and other assorted equipment. After letting it charge up for the recommended 8 hours, I 'tested' it by pulling the power cord out of the wall socket. Everything continued as normal, as expected. Now, no worries if we do have a 'real' power failure.
