- Ideal for Industrial/Cinema Applications
- For Quad-, Hexa-, and Octo-Rotor Aircraft
- Ground Station Software
- Motor Fail Survivability for 6/8-Rotors
Optimized for professional and cinematography applications, the A3 Flight Controller from DJI provides navigation and stabilization to quad-, hexa-, and octo-rotor aircraft. The system features GNSS, which means it can use satellites systems such as GPS or GLONASS in combination with a compass to provide precise positional data. The A3 can be used in combination with DJI's Lightbridge 2 system to provide a high-quality video downlink from a gimbal-mounted camera. Ground station software enables features, such as telemetry monitoring and route planning, as well as provides a flight simulator (additional ground station hardware required). It features support for DJI gimbals, including the Zenmuse Z15 line and the Ronin-MX. Mobile and Onboard SDKs allows developers to program custom solutions tailored to industry-specific use cases. For triple redundancy, the A3 can be updated to the A3 Pro by adding two upgrade kits.

question
We're using the Wookong on our X8 UAV and continue to have flight control issues. We will see large altitude changes when we stop at the end of a move. It is my understanding that the Freefly Synapse has solved a lot of the wonky-ness like that. Do you have any idea if the A3 solves any of that type of level flight issue?
The A3 system should fix any issues you have with a precise GPS location lock. Shortly, we will also have the A3 Pro, and this provides better accuracy since two extra IMU's and GPS compasses are added on.
