Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product; Fast delivery Excellent product, exceptional design, top of the line features. The unit was setup and got it working in no time with the AT&T network immediately after receipt. Delivery was fast and with no issues at all, as it is the usual with B and H.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First HTC phone This is my first HTC phone after leaving my windows phone Nokia Lumia 930 ( bought it from this site, built like a tank and was awesome until windows 10), 4th Android device, and I love it. I had the Samsung Galaxy Note and it was good until it no longer received promised updates and my battery had to be replaced 3 times, and I also had to replace the charging port. 2 years with that device, not a fun experience. This phone is smooth, it doesn't feel cheaply made and honestly it is worth the price no it's not a Samsung or apple device but the quality is just as good. The pictures the camera takes is better than my Lumia when it was running windows8.1 ( the picture quality was superb... then came windows 10 and the phasing out of everything Nokia, worst decision ever, any way....). I'm not a photographer so I can't tell you about white balance and all that other stuff, all I can say is the pictures come out very clean and clear. This phone stays pretty cool when running, gets really hot while charging however. The display is beautiful, love how the screen has a soft curve to it, which reminds of the Nokia Lumia phone screens. I like the freestyle layouts that can be customized and the theme store in general. The optional ice view case makes the phone stand out even more since you're able to answer calls without opening it. Games run smoothly, auto-correct is better behaved on this than my Nokia. It does however have issues syncing with beats pill+ so if you're planning on purchasing one i'd go for a jbl speaker instead, not sure why but I couldn't get it to synch to my friends pill+. My other friend with an older model HTC phone could synch hers so maybe it's the Android update. The best part of this phone is the music, listen go get some headphones and set up your audio profile, you will be amazed, I cannot describe how wonderful the sound is and I have regular headphones and ear buds. You won't regret this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Device/Great Price I have been an HTC user for many years and wanted to continue using their products since my carrier no longer stocks HTC. My original M7 was on it's last legs and I tried the M9 from B&H (att version), but the device continually crashed and it was returned with no issues. The 10 was almost double the cost of the 9, but it is also double the phone. Camera is great. Android version is 7.0. Everything is faster, but one would expect that compared to what I was using. If you're reading this you're probably not interested in the latest/greatest (from any manufacturer) or you want to save some money. This device is high quality and was the top tier at the time it was introduced. The HTC U11 is discounted now and with the announcement of the U12 soon, this and the 11 will both probably drop more.(my personal opinion) Another benefit is this was unlocked (not carrier specific). No bloatware and I had no issues inserting SIM and being on-line (att). Great phone at a great price if you're not looking for the latest, but want a high performing device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone for a Great Price. Got exactly what I was looking for. A fast, great, sturdy, metal phone; not one of those fragile glass front and back phones that you would be afraid to carry for fear of breaking without a heavy case. Yeah, it's a 2016 model year flagship but things haven't changes that much with today's flagships...other than higher and higher prices. If you want a sturdy, usable phone with a great camera, this is it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy I recently purchased an HTC 10 and I am very happy. The build is awesome, not too big in the hand. The audio is great and the camera is better than an iPhone. I did numerous tests and it won and I've had a lot of phones. I'll say this of you can at least match an iPhone then you have something good. This phone is great.. Definitely a great buy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still Amazing! Had this phone in 2016 for a while, then played the field...Even today this phone is still rocking a a fantastic (albeit LCD) 2k screen, amazing camera (f1.8, 1.55um, OIS), the SD 820 processor is still plenty fast along with 4gb RAM, basically stock android and an OTA software update is out now for Oreo including the January 1st, 2018 security patch, just waiting so any day now. Not bad for a 2016 flagship. Can't beat that + price! Oh, and I chose 2-day shipping but B&H went aboe and beyond and I got it in 1-day. WOW!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still a Beast in 2018 SnapDragon 820, 4GB Ram, this thing is still a beast heading into 2018. The phone itself is full body aluminium, which makes it MUCH MORE durable than the phones coming out recently (sandwich with GLASS on top and bottom). Not to mention the awesome headphone jack and the speaker in this phone. All and all, it adds up as my NO.1 flagship.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent phone The HTC 10 is a very good phone. Camera is great. No bloatware. Android version is 7.0. Everything is fast. This device is high quality and was the top tier at the time it was introduced. The LCD touchscreen is not bright enough in daylight considering my not very good vision. Excellent phone at great price. Delivery was fast and with no issues, as it is the usual with B and H.
