What is the measurement between the back and the ...
What is the measurement between the back and the lip that retains the phone? In other words, how think can the phone me, for example if it is in a case.
Now that I have one, I can measure it myself. The opening from front to back, without crushing the foam padding is 9mm or 11/32". This is to narrow for any of my phones with cases. Also, or note, is that the specs say it can fit phones 2.4 to 3.25" wide, this is terribly misleading. The fact is that it opens to only 2.4". The 3.5" is completely bogus and must be referring to the other dimension of the phone, which is meaningless.
