This is a great add-on For the HOTAS flight stick I also bought. I then bought Ace Combat 7. Now I am flying like a real pilot, This system works on all my flight games. For anybody that wants to fly fairly realistically this the setup. Would recommend. Thank you for the easy buying, shipping and quick arrival of product

Dang near impossible to FLY without them

When flying Microsoft Flight Simulator, this makes it much easier than flying with the keyboard. Used in conjunction with Logitech G Flight Yoke System, it's a home run! Be sure to flip the tiny, little switch on the back when configuring the pedals to use with Flight Sim. They come configured for cars, not planes.

Good pedals

Decent price compared to its competitors. The pedals aren't super smooth but do just fine for me.

Not very smooth, but they do their job!

These pedals are definitely nice, however it's very difficult to do precise, small movements. Every time I try to make a fine left or right movement from starting with the pedals being even, it feels like the pedals take a small amount of extra force to move from neutral, and then they totally give way causing an over correction. I definitely wish these were smoother, it takes a little getting used to and tweaking the sensitivity curve in MSFS to reduce jerky movements that translate into the game, but it works and is pretty affordable. I think if I get more into MSFS I'll probably sell these for the next step up, as they're just not smooth enough to make it realistic for me.

What prevents this from slipping across the floor?
Asked by: Gary
The wall.;) Seriously, that's the only issue I have with mine. It feels & operates well, but I usually put a short box between it and the wall behind my computer desk because it slides on my hardwood floor. I've been meaning to try a rug under it and my chair to see if that helps, but haven't tried it yet. I imagine this would be an issue with any rudder pedals on wood floors like mine though.

From the manual, I can see that this device has a CAR-AEROPLANE mode on the USB adapter. Can I use this with American Truck Simulator as normal car pedals? Have anyone tried?
Asked by: Jibu
Yes you can. The car aero plane setting is just a blocker that keeps the petals from sliding on the rails. They still compress normally.

question

Does it use hall effect sensors or potentiometers for the rudder axis? Are the toe brakes hall effect sensors, too?
Asked by: Tom A.
The Thrustmaster TFRP Rudder Pedals uses potentiometer for the 3 axis. The S.M.A.R.T (Sliding Motion Advanced Rail Track technology) technology provides a technological bonus as it is composed of 4 slide rails crafted of industrial-grade aluminum for perfectly smooth sliding motion. There is a self-centering rudder axis which brings the perfect balance between smoothness and resistance for re-centering, for the most accurate maneuvers (1024 values on rudder).
