Vidpro PG-6 Overview

This Vidpro Battery Hand Grip for GoPro and Smartphones features a textured grip and an integrated 6000mAh battery. The grip can be used to support and power your GoPro or smartphone, using the included clamps. An integrated 1/4"-20 threaded mounting screw enables mounting cameras and camcorders.

On the base of the unit is a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole, which allows you to mount the handgrip and camera to your tripod. The base incorporates a full sized USB type A port that allows you to power a GoPro or Smartphone using the included mini-USB cable and a micro-USB port that is used to charge the batteries in the grip.

The textured rubber handle provides a non-slip grip
The internal battery can be used to power your GoPro or Smartphone using the included mini-USB cable
Mounts on tripods using the standard 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole

I've used another version with my GoPro Hero and it was very reliable. I'm using this one with a Samsung Note 4. and alternating with a gimbal. I'll see which one I prefer.

Will the smartphone clamp support both landscape and portrait (horizontal and vertical) orientation? Will it hold an iphone 12 pro max?

The Vidpro Battery Hand Grip for GoPro and Smartphones will work for holding smartphones horizontally but will not adjust to a vertical stance. The include smartphone clamp will have a width of 2-3.3in for smartphones.
