Please note that while this drive is compatible with Windows and Mac, the included software is only compatible with Windows and will not work with Mac.

2nd request- can you burn a cd from a multitrack digital recorder?

CD writers like this one from Verbatim are designed to be used only with computers, not directly with digital recorders. You would need to transfer your recordings to your computer first, then use appropriate audio software to burn our CD.
