Watch out it doesnt fit the 1303. But the holes are there so you can cut it.

Yes the middle knob and hole are for mounting to a baby pin or on top a c-stand. SmallHD makes a table stand for the outside knobs and holes.

This is made specifically for 1300 series monitors and will come with the necessary equipment for attachment.

Is this compatible with the BM150-4K?

We do not see how this would fit to a monitor other than certain SmallHD monitors. It is meant to mount on the VESA mount that is very low on the back of the monitor. The Lilliput BM150-4K on the other hand has the VESA mount high on the chassis. We would instead suggest this mount for the Lilliput. FSI Solutions VESA to C-Stand Adapter B&H # FSMM100.
