Would these fit on a Blue Yeti microphone?

Unfortunately, this cover is too small to cover the Blue Yeti microphone. I would suggest using a pop filter to protect the mic from saliva. The Auray PFMU-12 Universal Wire Mesh Pop Filter with 12" Gooseneck (Matte Black), BH #AUPFMU12 is a great option, and can be cleaned and sanitized with an anti-bacterial spray, such as the Goby Labs Sanitizer Spray for Microphones, BH #GOGLS104B.

Will these fit on a Rode PodMic?

No, the HamiltonBuhl HygenX Sanitary Disposable Microphone Covers are designed to fit handheld microphones with a diameter of up to 3.5" (88.9mm) and the Rode PodMic has a diameter of 4.29" (109mm). Perhaps you could use the Auray HPC-45BK Disposable Over-Ear Headphone Covers - 50 Pairs, Black (B&H # AUHPC45BK) which fit over ear cushions with a diameter of up to 4.5" (114.3mm). We have not tested them with the PodMic to confirm compatibility, but I think they may do the job since the PodMic is an end-address microphone.

Will these fit over a Shure SM-58 with the Shure Black Windscreen (Mfg # A58WS-BLK) in place over the ball head of the microphone?

What is the size of this microphone cover? The specs only list the size of the box, which isn't very useful.

The manufacturer does not specify the measurements, but these are intended to be used with most handheld microphones, like the Shure SM58, Sennheiser E835, and microphones of that design. These mics are all about 1.5" in diameter, some a little larger.
