Android 6.0 Marshmallow
The Android operating system integrates heavily with Google's services. Using the card-based Google Now, Android quickly surfaces information for you whenever you need it, powered by the same Knowledge Engine that runs Google's web search. It's a personalized and customizable OS, allowing you to add your favorite apps or widgets to your homescreen. You can even download new themes using the Google Play Store, which offers access to more than one million apps, games, books, music, movies, and more. Android 6.0 Marshmallow overhauls permissions, allowing you to have finer control over what your applications have access to. It also marks the debut of Now on Tap, a context-sensitive update to Google Now that checks your current screen for keywords and then searches for them automatically. Other performance and security enhancements are included as well.
Battery Quick Charger
When connected to the included Quick Charger, your Xperia X can gain up to 5.5 hours of battery life with a 10-minute charge.

Sony F5121 reviews

Xperia X F5121 32GB Smartphone (Unlocked, White) is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 64.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome phone! I love this phone for the most part. It's an awesome device, performance is great, no lags or stutters, the battery has gets me through a full day with no problem, and I love the new aluminum-back design. I just wish Sony had not disabled the fingerprint scanner in the power button for the US market. That really makes no sense, the scanner is still in there, they just chose to disable it on all American the units. It can be enabled, but the procedure is not for the tech challenged. It should not have been disabled in the first place, so for that I knocked off a star.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome phone overall, wish it had better battery. Things I like in this phone: Speed of operations. Cameras, both are amazing. The sim/memory chip slot, smoothness. The case is sleek and looks better in person then in the pictures. Sound quality of calls and music is amazing (probably the best). The screen quality is best and glass doesn't get fingerprints as easily as other phones. Things I don't like:(most are not a big deal or deal breakers) The power button has finger print reader but doesn't work on American phones. Battery life is short in performance mode. The button placements are in a way its hard to put the phone on a car mount.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone This is a great phone. It has an awesome screen with lots of brightness and color, it is very quick and doesnt lag, has good battery life, great camera, loud speakers, looks hella fresh, and makes/recieves call very clearly. I think i like android 6.0 better than 7.0 because I dont like the google contacts or google dialer app, but I understand they work together since they are both google products. just wish there was more functionality. I also dont like the fact there is no call log widget or the LED notification placement. Other than that Im happy. good buy overall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Phone At A Great Price I own the Xperia X Performance and purchased the Xperia X for three of my children. They are all solid phones and there is no noticeable difference in performance between the two models. Same displays, same cameras. Only minor battery difference and upgraded chip in my Performance version. All screens are sensitive to smudges but that's the only con. I'm not brand loyal and research extensively prior to each purchase. This is our third batch of Sony phones and by far the best built to date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent phone and dealer Turned phone on and connected to wifi and it started updating. Took a while but updated to android 7.1.1. Plugged in sim card, (using consumercellular) phone was recognized and software downloaded and was ready to go. Last phone was Moto G3; no comparison much higher quality and good size to carry in pocket.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Usual solid Sony product, good for the price. Usual solid Sony product. Got it in white, looks the best of all the options, understated but very classy. Perfect size, very nice display, feels snappy. Initial software update to Android 7 took forever and about six restarts, but ever since everything is smoot. The not so good (that inevitably lowered the rating): Fingerprint reader artificially disabled for the US market, even on the unlocked model; Camera noise reduction too aggressive; Can't remove some of the useless Sony apps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very nice smartphone As SONY can do, this smartphone is a very cheap middle class smartphone, but elegant, and include all the main characteristics (3/32 Go, 5 Full HD screen 2,5D class, uSD memory card reader up to 200Go, hexacore processor, ...) and same functions (GPS/Glonass/Beidou, accelerometer, NFC, 23Mpx,...) than the top versions. Delivered with Android 6.0.1, but can be automatically updated to the last 7.1.1 version as soon as it will be connected on Internet. Fingerprint sensor is inactivate on this US version due to licenses issues, but very easy to find how to recovered it. This smartphone is compatible with the major mobile phone networks in Europe (included 4G/LTE), important for all the travellers... Very happy !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleek Sexy Phone First off, this is a beautiful phone to behold. Since moving away from the iPhone I have only ever had Xperias and in my opinion this model is a lot sleeker than the newer XZ in terms of looks and feel. It is very quick and comes with a few more features than my last Z3. Photo quality is incredible as well as a super sharp, bright and very responsive screen. There are however a few gripes I have with this phone. As an upgrade to my Z3, why isn't this phone also waterproof? Why remove this feature? Seems this would've been standard on all their phones now. Secondly, the notification light is embedded inside the ear piece grill. Weird positioning if you ask me. This LED is usually placed in the top corner of the phone under the glass and thirdly, the fingerprint sensor is disabled on this phone. A real pity! You would've thought a huge company like Sony would've sorted out any patent issues regarding this before releasing the phone to the American market. You can enable this feature via an online firmware hack. This however is only for the brave!
