The D7 Large Diaphragm Dynamic Microphone from ART features an integrated high-pass filter and a midrange-boost switch that allows for tailoring of the microphone to specific applications. It can be used to capture audio and provide excellent feedback rejection for vocals and a wide range of solo instruments including background brass, woodwinds, acoustic string instruments, guitar amps, and more.
The D7 offers a full frequency response at the front of the microphone with a very controlled and predictable proximity effect. Experienced vocalist can easily incorporate it as part of their overall microphone technique. This is useful when the D7 is used as an announcement microphone in broadcast studio.
Furthermore, the microphone is built with a precision-tooled body and has a dent resistant stainless steel wire-mesh windscreen, which ensures long term reliability. The D7 comes equipped with a custom shockmount. An aluminum carry case is also included.
