Got this for free with another purchase. It works great when you get it attached to the softbox, however getting it to that point can be tricky and awkward. Would pack patience till getting the hang of using this.
Give your speed light an octabox outline in pupil reflections- subtle but you can make out the shape - and it also helps the front seal over the white diffusion cloth - less light leak- would recommend
