I was recommended this by B&H as a way to connect my Lumix to an external power supply. Unfortunately I did not specify I wanted to connect to an AC power adapter.  This unit ONLY connects to an external battery pack that costs another $100.  And since I no longer had the packaging for this. I could not return it.  This might work as a solution if you are looking to hook up to an external battery pack. But if you are looking for AC power, forget it.

According to Tether Tool's website, the G85 is supported. As of 10/12/2020, the current list of cameras support by the CRPBLC12 are: Panasonic LUMIX DMC-GH2, DMC-GH2H, DMC-G5, DMC-G6, DMC-G8, DMC-G80, DMC-G81, DMC-G85, DMC-FZ200, DMC-FZ300, DMC-FZ300GK, DMC-FZ1000, DMC-GX8, DMC-GX8H
