I purchased the Canon Installation Service for the PRO-6100 printer that I also purchased from B&H. For this class of printer, I wanted to ensure it was setup correctly. Two Canon trained technicians came to unbox, assemble, and setup the printer. I made an appointment beforehand and they arrived on time. The technicians were experienced with the PRO-6100 and were onsite about two hours. They even went above and beyond what I expected by giving hints and tips about the printer. I would gladly use their services again.
