Useful for cycling and running, as well as just a day's hike, the black Rapid Hydration Pack from SOURCE incorporates a 3L Widepac hydration system within an insulated compartment for protection and quick access. The system itself features a Helix bite valve with safety shutoff for control over water intake. A co-extruded tube is also available with a UV protection cover to limit debris from entering the system. Also, it has a docking station for keeping the valve close at hand.
As a pack, the bag is capable of holding a day's worth of supplies via a front flat pocket as well as detachable Storeganizer front essentials pouch. The mesh shoulder straps feature a reflective coating for high visibility and both a removable waist belt and adjustable sternum strap with integrated whistle are available for greater support. To accommodate more gear, side mesh pockets are also featured along with an air pump loop and a reflective LED tab holder.
