I purchased this release cable to work with my sony A7IV and FX3 for time lapses with the sliderone. So far it has worked great with no issues. The cable is not very long so you need to consider how you run the cable into the slider to prevent it getting tugged on as the camera slides. Works as designed and expected.
I used to cable to hook up my Sony A7IV to the Slider V2. The part of the cable that goes into the camera didn't want to full go in to the camera at first, but after a couple tries, it works as expected.
