Nice cable, well built. A bit long for our use, but I'm sure that the length is needed at times. My frustration is that it was not included in the headset, but had to be bought separately. Grrr.

Which connector carries audio to the headphones and which is the microphone? Trying to see if there would be an aviation plug

In the Shure 3-Pin XLR Male and 1/4" TRS Male to BCASCA Cable; The XLR end is for the microphone and the 1/4'' TRS end is for the headphones.
