I bought this but was only able to get 5 to link. The other 2 did not want to join the same channel (1) no matter how many times I reset the system. 2 of the headsets are labeled with a 2 inside. Is that the problem? Should all 7 be able to link on the same channel? What am I doing wrong?
Asked by: LEONARDO
From my experience either the batteries are dead in those two units or it’s defective.
