Jason Cases Hard Case with Custom Foam for Blackmagic Design URSA Mini & Bottomplate

Good case, but not perfect.

I was hoping for someone to release a case that will hold URSA Mini with Shoulder Kit + Viewfinder + Handle attached and finally Jason came up with one. The amount of compartments for accessories also seems perfect, like it was made for all the gear I already have. But there are few things bothered me: Holes for rods are exactly 8 deep, so if your rods are that size, youll have trouble getting them out with your fingers. My cine-lenses are too big for those lens-holders, but if you are trying to put photo lenses, youll need some additional foam on the bottom and around it, so it doesnt bounce and break). Not sure if thats a VCT plate slot on the bottom, but it only goes couple inches deep. And the biggest concern is the position of your shoulder plate, looks like there is only one way it will fit into the case attached to the camera, so not universal if you need to shift center of gravity. Buttons on my URSA Mini Pro are rubbing against the foam when removing and inserting, so if they wont brake off — the foam will definitely do very soon.
