Works for a while but then doesn't

For me, all three monitors worked flawlessly for a few months. Recently, my third monitor will not connect through the adapter at all. The monitor is not receiving a signal no matter how many times I power cycle or hit the scan button. Save your money.

Only works temporary

It was great to start with, then my monitor went to sleep. It took 2 months until I could get it started again and I even bought a new PC with extra memory. Then I got it going again, but alas, screen went to sleep. Havent been able to get it going ever since. My best advice, get something more reliable as they're not cheap.

Can this have three different views from one display port at the back of my computer?

You are able to either have one large display across three screens, extended 3 separate windows across all screens, duplication on three screens. See the image that we have.
