The BX Mega Amp Bundle V1.0 by Brainworx offers authentic emulation plug-ins of two guitar amps from legendary boutique amp-builder MESA/Boogie. The recordings were made using three different cabinets and up to nine vintage and modern microphones. It also includes the company's chromatic tuner plug-in for guitar and bass.
The bx_megasingle nails the sound of the Boogie Single Rectifier and the bx_megadual brings the tone of the Dual Rectifier, right into our DAW. Both these amps are known for their versatility and for providing the warm cleans and satisfying crunch of vintage amps, as well as modern high-gain metal sounds.
The bx_tuner lets you tune your axe with speed and precision, and offers convenient features for ease of use.
The bx_megasingle plug-in from Brainworx faithfully emulates the sound of the MESA/Boogie Single Rectifier tube guitar amplifier, delivering the full range of tones found in the original amp, from sparkling cleans, to crunch, to soaring solo tones and full-blown high-gain metal sounds. Its versatility makes it a useful tool for any producer/musician who records electric guitars, and a joy to play for any guitarist.
Not only is the tonal soul of the original captured, but so are all the features that give it such a wide sonic palette. You will find the Rhythm channel with its Pushed switch and the Lead channel with its choice of Raw, Modern, or Vintage modes. Each channel comes with independent Gain, Treble, Mid, Bass, Presence & Master Volume controls. This plug-in version also offers useful effects not found on the original unit including noise-gate, delay, and power soak.
Accurate modeling of 64 impulse responses (IRs) was achieved using three MEGA cabinets and nine high-end modern & vintage microphones, all running through a Neve VXS72 console and outboard EQs from Millenia, SPL, and elysia. The resulting tones can be selected from a simple menu inside the plug-in.

The bx_tuner plug-in from Brainworx lets you tune your guitar or bass with maximum precision and speed when playing your instrument straight into your DAW.
Latency-free chromatic tuning is achieved using a fine-tuning display that does away with the typical nervous tuning-needle or LED. A unique Output Dim feature lets you tune while hearing your sound, but reduced in volume.
This plug-in can be used on multiple inputs, a practical alternative to plugging and unplugging hardware tuners.
