A useful if not essential add-on for GoPro users. I'm not sure, though, if it will supercharge non-GoPro devices without damaging them.

It has the ability to change the prongs depending on which country you are in . The prong adapter connection is not good , any slight movement disconnects power

This is a fab charger for Go Pro Double battery dual batter charger or even a single. Go Pro no longer carries this on their site. What a shame. Lucky to find it here!

Is this similar to or compatible with the qualcomm quick charge technology?

It is a type of USB-C rapid charging. It is not compatible with Qualcomm's proprietary technology. Currently Qualcomm offers this technology to certain cellular phones and aerial drones. The two technologies are NOT compatible.
