Sony's RM-30BP Remote Controller features a compact form and can control most of the functions of your compatible NX5R, FS7 (v4.0), or FX6 camera, as well as a slew of other Sony cameras and camcorders. The remote enables control of the one-push auto, manual focus, iris, and zoom of your lens. It also allows you to control the recording/display functions of your camera, as well as shutter speed and white balance adjustment. You can assign six buttons on the controller and control the functions and playback of up to three cameras, individually or simultaneously.

Can this be used in conjunction with the RM1BP, ...
Can this be used in conjunction with the RM1BP, with the 30BP providing remote iris away from the camera while the operator uses the 1 BP zoom rocker and focus locally?
Since both remotes would require a wired LANC connection to the camera, and the Sony cameras only have a single LANC input, would first have to connect the RM1BP to the Sony RM-30BP Wired Remote Controller, and then connect the Sony RM-30BP Wired Remote Controller to the Sony camera to connect both remotes to the camera.
