RTC-10 Timer-Remote Case for Tripods is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 44.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy I have a wired Vello Shutterboss II intervalometer that I use for landscape astrophotography. It fits very nicely into this case and allows me to temporarilystow the timer so I can warm my hands on cold nights. I initially thought the Velcro strap might be too short but it's more than enough to handle the 30mm diameter legs on my tripod. It could handle larger partly because the strap is elastic and can stretch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent way to store the transmitter Solved the problem of keeping the transmitter in a consistent place. I usually need to always put things in the place where they belong to be able to find them. This takes care of the issue. Also the case serves as a protective pouch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two Thumbs Up Fits my ShutterBoss II Timer Remote Switch for Canon with Sub Mini Connection perfectly. It velcro's right on to my tripod easily and didn't shift at all while I was carrying my tripod around outdoors one day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Economical easy to use remote timer and intervalometer I have only used this timer for a short period, and I have not had any problems using it. The learning curve on how to operate the device is quite simple and can be mastered in a short period of time. I have tested the intervalometer and found it to be exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set and use, very flexible in the number of images that can be set and in the time interval between images. So far it seems to be working flawlessly. I only gave it a 4 star rating instead of five, because the connecting cord is rather short, and permanently attached to the remote. I would have preferred if the cord was interchangeable and additional cords for other cameras were available to make this more flexible in being able to use for multiple cameras.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An excellent tripod case for my ShutterBoss. Found this on B&H website and like it very much. It securely holds my ShutterBoss and fastens securely to the tripod. The only negative is if I pushed the ShutterBoss all the way into the pocket, it would stall the shutter release (even though the timer continued to work). Leaving the shutter release and locking switch exposed solves that problem. Took terrific time-lapse photos of the recent solar eclipse.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Heavy duty fabric, with padding. Reasonably robust. Attaches well to tripod and is an good choice for an intervalometer, particularly a wired one. I got the wireless intervalometer so I still have a need to deal with the receiver unit when it is not actually on the job. I currently use the velcro attach strap to hold the receiver when I drop the whole rig in the camera bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Anyone who uses a Vello ShutterBoss knows they are excellent but they are always dangling from the wire and getting twisted up with your tripod legs. This case takes care of that issue. The remote is always where you put it, it doesn't tangle up in the legs, and it doesn't get beaten up knocking against the legs and rocks as you move around. A great piece of equipment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One that works is all I need I took many photos that require a tripod and remote switch. Finding a place to securely hold the remote has been an issue for me. I often need to operate the camera or head, leaving the remote dangling. I decided to purchase this remote holder when I ordered a new tripod. I'm satisfied with it so far. It can be securely attached to the top leg section of a Gitzo series 5 tripod, although a little stretching is needed. It can also hold Canon's remote switch. I have only a little complaint, that it is not smooth operation if I want to take out and insert in the remote frequently. For example, when I take a panorama photo with a telephoto lens. Several hundred photos are taken in one batch. For this purpose, I also purchased a Manfrotto apron (see picture). Product idea: It will be convenient to use with a magnetic attach point. For example, use a piece of steel in the back plate of this case. And also include a magnetic loop to put on the remote switch. I can easily attach/detach the remote to the case very quickly.
