Will it fit 5d mk4 with 24-70 L II and battery grip?
Yes it will. Flip the lens hood backwards. I also have an arca Swiss quick release clip on the battery grip.

Will 19 fit a Canon 70D w/18-135 lens. And the 14 fit a Fuji xt 20 w/18-55 lens? Thanks.
I do not know as I neither have a Canon nor Fuji camera. I have a Sony alpha6000 with the beefy Sony 18-200 mm APS-C lens, and that fits without any problems. Hope that that helps for reference.
