SmallHD's Mega Bundle with 502 On-Board Monitor and Accessory Kit includes the SmallHD 502 On-Camera Monitor, Sun Hood, Acrylic Screen Protector, Universal Mounting Kit for Sidefinder (not included), two Cleaning Cloths, BNC and HDMI cables, and an 8GB class 10 SD card. This kit provides everything, except batteries, that you need to monitor from your camera. Although no larger than the size of a smartphone, the 502 is a fully capable on-board monitor with a 441 pixel-per-inch density, which allows it to support 1920 x 1080 natively. It also features 3G-SDI and HDMI inputs/outputs with cross conversion.
The sun hood protects the screen from veiling glare when shooting outside, and the screen protector is a hard protective panel that is easily replaced if it becomes marred. The included Universal Mounting Kit for the Sidefinder enables mounting optional accessories, along with a Sidefinder (not included). The SmallHD-branded 8GB class 10 SD card can be used to record still images from the live camera feed and to upload 3D LUTs.
SmallHD's 502 HDMI & SDI On-Camera Monitor with 3D LUT Support brings full HD resolution to a durable lightweight on-camera monitor the size of a smartphone. The screen packs 441 pixels per inch, providing a sharp clear image on such a small screen. It features SDI & HDMI inputs and outputs with cross conversion. With a rubberized aluminum frame, the unit is 3/4" thick and weighs about 9 ounces, so it is light enough to mount to your camera without weighing you down, yet extremely rugged.
Small HD has developed a menu system designed to be easy to navigate with the built-in joystick. Within the system is the Pages system, which allows you to create and store up to 8 preset configurations. You can easily see the effect of your configurations on the image, swiping between the configurations using the joystick. The 502 supports 3D LUTs, and you can save those as a configuration page as well. It is worth pointing out that you can apply a configuration page setting to either the monitor's screen, the output, or both at the same time. You can also assign a different configuration set up to the monitor's screen and the output. You can mount the SmallHD Sidefinder to the 502 to use it as an EVF, SmallHD Sidefinder not included.

Improve your outdoor viewing experience on your 500-series monitor with this Sun Hood from SmallHD. Made from flexible neoprene and rigid plastic, the hood fits over the outside chassis of the monitor and stretches to cover the screen and block out stray reflections. With the reduced glare, the image can be viewed more accurately in harsh lighting situations. Once you're done using the hood, it can be folded flat for easy storage.
Made from hard acrylic, this SmallHD Screen Protector installs without tools on 501 or 502 monitors, protecting the front of the screen. Since it installs using a plastic clip, replacements can easily be done in the field with a minimum of downtime.

Mount your SmallHD Sidefinder to nearly any camera that has a standard shoe-mount or 15mm EVF mount with the Universal Mounting Kit. A standard 15mm rod holds the kit together. The rod can either be mounted using the included shoe-mount adapter, or if the camera has a top-mounted 15mm rod clamp, it can be directly attached. After attaching the rod to your camera, it's only matter of attaching the sidefinder to the included rod clamp and then to the rod before you're ready to shoot.
