The Starry Station AC1750 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router is designed for users who need a router that just works without all the complications and hassles of networking issues. A built-in touchscreen and user-friendly controls makes setup simple. It will even alert you when there's Internet connectivity issues and provide you with suggestions on how to fix them. If you can't figure it out, use the support-on-demand feature and call a representative straight from the device. Furthermore, it supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac networking standards and features dual-band connectivity, which allows you to connect to the 5 GHz band for faster speeds. On the 2.4 GHz band, devices can reach up to 450 Mb/s, whereas when connected to the 5 GHz band, they can achieve up to 1300 Mb/s. This faster band is ideal for data-heavy devices such as gaming consoles and PCs, streaming 4K content, and more. The Starry Station also has a Gigabit Ethernet port for connecting wired devices onto your network.

Wi-Fi Simplified
Sometimes we run into networking issues only to end up staring at the router as it blinks endlessly. Thankfully, the Starry Station simplifies our issues. With just a glance, you'll see your entire network, know when there's a problem, and even get tips on how to fix it.
Simple Touchscreen Setup
Follow the steps shown on the touchscreen to quickly and painlessly setup the router and be online within minutes.
Device Activity
The colors dots on the display aren't just there for your amusement. A blue dot means that device is healthy whereas red means trouble. The larger the orb is, the more data it uses.

Having trouble naming your Wi-Fi network? Let Starry Station think for you. Use the name generator and it'll make one for you, or you can input your own creative name.

AC1750 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Miles ahead of my previous Router The speed and consistency that I've received is miles ahead of my previous router. I'm two weeks in without any issue whatsoever; it just works. With my previous router I was getting a weak signal or no signal often, being forced to restart the router multiple times a week. The touch screen is great as well. Here you can monitor all kinds of stuff, including the performance of the Starry over time. It's been cool to see that I'm getting the internet service that I'm paying for. Now that I have a window into what's happening with my network, it would be difficult to go back to a traditional router.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep the Data Flowing in All Your Connected Devices You buy a Starry b/c you want technology to be advanced yet easy to use, aesthetically pleasing yet effective, ready for the here and now yet scalable. Starry brings together all of these in one outstanding router. It sets up very easily via the touchscreen and pairs with the Starry app for greater control and more advanced fine-tuning. It has an interesting futuristic look that sets itself apart from pretty much every other piece of electronics nearby. It almost looks monolithic to the point where your friends will probably ask you want it is as soon as they see it. In terms of connectivity, it's awesome. It gives you real-time feedback about all your devices, like smartphones, computers, tablets, gaming systems, and anything that you can basically connect to the Internet. It's important to have a router that can connect many devices and give you feedback on them, esp. as we move into a world where almost everything (your fridge, ac, lights, washers / dryers, thermostat, and more) will be online or need a network connection. Think about it. Do you want something that can't scale with the future? In that case, you'd need to spend even more money on a router. Plus, the Starry works like a champ, no real hiccups or frustrating issues that I've experienced, ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features and easy to set up I think this router has a nice balance of features and ease of use. Really impressive range, I can use my home network at a bar across the street from my apartment. The health score feature helped me realize that my ISP was actually to blame for some intermittent bandwidth issues I was experiencing not my wireless network. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The future of WiFi in a beautiful package! I have been using my Starry Station for about a week now and it is easily the best router I have ever used for several reasons: - Ease of setup - Password/network sharing - iPhone app integration - Future potential One of my biggest pain points with traditional routers is all of the hoops I have to go through in obtaining and sharing network information. The little post-it notes strategically placed around my home in order to share my wifi password and the menu-digging required to find those passwords makes the whole process decidedly 20th century. For this feature alone, Starry is a major innovator. The user experience is perfect from the moment you open the box to the second you connect your first device. Starry makes a typically daunting/annoying task into a little adventure. Starry swaps out the post-it-note-on-the-router routine for an incredibly intuitive capacitive-touch interface. This make setting up a new network name and password a breeze. If I want to share my network among friends, all I have to do is send the network information via the highly-integrated Starry app (for iOS and Android). More than anything, the reason Ive given Starry five Starries is because of its future potential. If the current hardware and software is any indication of the future experience (to be enabled by firmware updates), then there are exciting times ahead for all users.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First modern router The Starry router has truly taken the old school brick routers and turned them into a well-designed, well-functioning, and easy-to-maintain device that you no longer have to hide out of sight and constantly restart to work with strong signal throughout your home. I highly recommend the Starry router to anyone looking to upgrade their home WiFi network.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and powerful router The Starry Station exceeded my family's expectations! Great features and range. It is by far the easiest router I've ever set up. We are able to see all devices connected using the app and can easily measure signal strength.
