Both the ordering and delivery processes were excellent. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was fine. My CD jewel case briefcase was well packed for delivery and delivery was quite fast. About the only thing that could've been improved was on the item itself. The cover of the case is removable as it's designed for a DJ on the road and it has hinges that come apart in the middle. And it comes apart TOO EASILY! When you open it 90 degrees (or more)...the cover falls off the case. But it's not really that big of a deal as it goes right back together. The case is handsome, spacious, very well made and very strong. And it's quite heavy (especially when it's full) and will stay on the rear seat of my daily drive, an '06 Grand Marquis. I really like this case!
