Intended to prevent data degradation, the active design maintains signal integrity over the 49' cable length. Bus powered, this cable supports up to 2.5W using the host connection. For devices requiring more power, the integrated Type-A power connector can be used to provide additional juice from an available power source. A locking female connector features a slot port for convenient cable tie mounting. Utilizing a USB 3.1 Gen 1 protocol, this cable supports data transfer speeds up to 5 Gb/s.
