The BlackRapid Cross Shot Breathe Camera Strap is designed to be worn comfortably across your body, whether you are right or left-handed, draped from one shoulder to the opposing hip. Your connected camera rests upside-down along your hip so it can be quickly raised for use. The 1.5" rubber-molded pad grips the shoulder to keep the strap securely in place. The compact form factor is robust enough for heavy loads, and the spring-loaded bumper locks slide up and down the length of the strap to limit camera movement. A durable brass and zinc-alloy CR-3 ConnectR locking carabiner attaches the strap to your camera and the included BlackRapid FR-5 FastenR Breathe creates a connection point using your the 1/4"-20 tripod mount. The FR-5 FastenR Breathe has a large, integrated D-ring for easy use with BlackRapid straps that utilize a CR-3 ConnectR.

After almost two years of use, I remain very pleased with this purchase. The strap is very comfortable, while supporting my camera, battery grip and 70 – 200 lens.

The BlackRapid website says this strap is made of polypro webbing while this website says it is made of nylon. Which is correct?
I would go with what the Black Rapid site says, as I'm no expert on the differences. It is an excellent strap.

I just ordered this strap and I'm worried about the FR-5 FastenR Breathe that comes with it. Is it really made from stainless? cus it seems like plastic material. thanks
It appears to be a composite and has the feel of metal including a coolness to the touch. I have used with a number of heavy lenses and feel very secure, hope that helps...
