Does the IR cut cause vignetting on wide angle lenses? I'd like to use this on the Tokina 11-20mm.

I have heard these will fit 114mm lenses like Rokinon Xeens, even though these are 112mm. How is that possible?
The Rokinon XEEN lenses have a front diameter of 114mm, so this filter would not be compatible.
