question
Can a Sony fs5 fit on this?
I'm afraid not. The EC1 is designed for DSLR cameras, it will not work with a larger Cinema Camera or Camcorder like the Sony FS5. You would need to look in to to handheld solutions such as the DJI Ronin or Letus35 Helix Jr with the FS5.

question
Would a GH4 with 12-35mm weigh enough for this gimbal?
The combination of GH4 and 12-35mm lens will weigh 1.9 pounds, just shy of the required 2 pounds. We do not recommend that combination. You would want to look in to gimbals like the Ikan Beholder DS1 or Zhiyun-Tech Crane instead, both of which would be able to balance the weight of that camera/lens combo.

question
will this work with C100?
I'm afraid not, the EC1 Beholder is desgined to work with DSLR cameras. It will not be able to support a Cinema Camera like the C100. For the C100 you'll want to look in to larger gimbals like the Letus35 Helix Jr or DJI Ronin.

question
is this good for a canon 70d? I'm choosing between Beholder DS1 and EC1
You have to consider not only the camera but the lens as well. The lens can make or break the combination. The Canon 70D weighs 1.66lb/752.96g with battery and memory card. A typical lens, the 17-55mm weighs 22.75 oz (645 g). Together they are 3.08lbs. That is within the ikan DS1 3.7 weight limit. You would be good there. However, you might consider getting the ikan EC1 with it 4.5 lbs limit to more future proof your gear.

question
Are there ways we can mount an iPhone onto it?
That depends on how you plan to use the iPhone on this gimbal. If you are looking to mount the iPhone to the EC1 so you can film on the iPhone itself then I'm afraid not. There do not make such a mount and the EC1 has a load capacity between 2-4.5 pounds. An iPhone is not heavy enough for the gimbal. However if you are looking to use your iPhone as a monitor for the camera you are using on the EC1 you could mount it with the Big Balance GA13 Smartphone Mount Kit.

question
What is the estimated run time with the battery?
This unit runs of a set of three 18650 batteries, which will give you up to 3 hours of run time. You can also purchase additional batteries for the gimbal.

question
My EC1 is moving on it's own, all over, left, right, up & down when I push the joystick. Is there anyway for me to fix or do I have to return it?
It sounds like a service issue. If you have had it less than 30 days, I would suggest you return or exchange it. Please contact B&H Customer Service. https://bhpho.to/2caRE5L Otherwise, please contact ikan for the nearest service center.
