The Procare Warranty Extension for Ensemble Thunderbolt Audio Interface from Apogee extends the original one-year warranty by two more years, for a total of three-years. The extension provides Fast Track support with an Apogee technician, and if the interface is deemed to require a factory return, a replacement unit is sent out via 2-day air, with prepaid labeling for returning the defective unit.

The extended warranty can be purchased at any time during the original one-year warranty period.
